A deportation order now known as a removal order is the decision by either DHS, an Immigration Judge 
ordering a non-citizen to depart the United States.  It can be appealed in some instances. However, once it 
is final, it can only be reviewed again through a Motion to reopen or reconsider.  Once the indl departs the 
US. They are barred from re-entry depending on the nature of their offense, it can vary from 5 years to 10 
years to permanent.
