There is also a cancellation of removal for Guatemalan nationals;  El Salvadoran nationals; Nationals of 
Soviet Union, Russia, any republic of the former Soviet Union, Latvia, Estonia, Lithuania, Poland, Czech 
Republic, Slovakia, Romania, Hungary, Bulgaria, Albania, East Germany, Yugoslavia or any state of 
Yugoslavia.  This waiver has strict entry date and other requirements and one should check with an 
attorney for viability as defense if the non-citizen is a national of one of the named countries
